Attendee Registration with digital signature

Easy-to-use Apple iPads with fully customizable registration app "Clarity" will allow your event attendees to quickly register and enter your event. With an integrated survey (optional) you will learn more about who is attending your exhibition or show. Registration can be signed on touchscreen.

Analyze attendancy and adjust your personnel, optimize hours and predict scenarios.

STEP 1

 

Attendees enter their personal data like 

 

  • Name

  • E-mail address

  • Postal address

  • Date of Birth

  • Phone number

  • etc.

STEP 2

 

If you want to run a survey, you could ask questions like:

 

  • "How did you learn about this event?"

 

and provide with multiple selection answers. 

STEP 3

 

If necessary, attendees can sign on touchscreen, i.e. for newsletter or insurance waiver.

 

In average, completing a standard regsitration form with basic information and signature takes about 60 - 80 seconds. An additional survey will not take much longer (4-5 sec per question) but allows you to better understand, where your attendance is coming from.
